{Style} Oversized...

Sometimes less is more, or at least that's what I like tell myself when I can't be bothered to do more than throw on a slouchy sweater over some skinnies... Hey, we're all friends here right? It's truth circle time. Notice the studded pumps and rhinestone necklace? That's how I cunningly convince the world that I care about my appearance when deep down all I want to do is curl up on the couch with my pajamas and a carton of ice cream. Well, at least the ice cream part is socially acceptable, right?

{Style} Lost & Found...

After weeks of procrastination and dread at the very thought of it, I'm proud to report that my closet is  finally organized. That's right my friends, it's nothing but neat and tidy as far as the eye can see. The process was cathartic and ripe with discovery— take this skirt for instance. I bought it last year and only wore it twice before it found itself trapped behind a stack of tops and miscellanea, never again to see the light of day until this very moment. Liberating. Unfortunately for me (and the skirt) it's only a matter of time before my closet avalanches out of control again, but let's just enjoy the moment, shall we?

Leather detail week has come and gone, but I saved the best for last — This super rad Kersh dress that my pal Kastles was nice enough to lend me... Isn't it awesome? The leather-detail goodness continues with this denim jacket from Zara... Isn't it cute? It's the perfect throw-on-and-go piece that, believe me, has seen its fair share of action (wink wink). Want to know what's not cute? Winter. And wind. Oh, and frostbite... Soooo not pretty. To that end, please forgive the disheveled hair and mitts— for the next few months just consider them a hazard of the job.
